Yes.
The government pays him over £100,000 a year (via FakeCharity The Work Foundation) to peddle the government line that 'The Yanks and the banks' are to blame, and he does it well.
Can't watch or listen to Hutton any more. He's a usless bigoted clueless shit. He's the tame highly funded mouthpiece of New Labour. You cannot argue with liras like him, all you can do is 'explain' the error of his ways by kicking him smartly in the wedding tackle.
