Is that the clip that forms the basis of the Sunday Times' 'shock horror' front page article?
The ST appeared to assume that this was actually put out by 'city bankers' (which may well be true). As the video is fairly factually accurate, does it make any difference whether it was made by 'city bankers' or communists?
